Terms of Use
1. The service
LeaseLume helps users record rental inspection facts, organize evidence, compare move-in and move-out records, and generate PDF reports. It is an evidence and document tool, not legal, property-condition, repair, valuation, accounting, liability, or dispute-resolution advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter and for having permission to capture, store, use, and share photos, contact details, and reports. Review a report before relying on or sending it.
3. Property Pack purchases
A Property Pack unlocks full reports for one exact property and rental cycle. The first full move-in report for that cycle requires purchase. The related move-out report and move-in versus move-out comparison are included for that same cycle without another purchase. A new tenant or rental cycle may require a new Property Pack.
Prices and currency are supplied by Apple and may vary by storefront. Purchases, refunds, and restoration are governed by Apple's applicable terms. Use “Restore Purchases” where available to recover an eligible entitlement.
4. Local data and backups
Inspection content and reports are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups and safely exporting any report you need to retain.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use LeaseLume to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or platform rules; to submit fraudulent purchase claims; or to interfere with the service or another user's access.
6. Intellectual property
LeaseLume, its software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for content you create or import and grant only the permissions needed for the app to process that content on your behalf.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a report will determine fault, liability, cost, or legal outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseLume is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from user-entered inaccuracies, unavailable local data, third-party services, or decisions made from a report. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Questions may be sent to wchao.jim@gmail.com.
